Description

PPI: Abbreviation for Pixels Per Inch, also known as image resolution or pixel density, which indicates the number of pixels per inch. The most common PPI calculations in the industry are for smartphone screens and tablets, with RGB arranged screens being the standard value. Pentile arrangements or other types of OLED screens may experience some pixel losses. When the PPI of a screen reaches a certain value, the human eye can no longer perceive pixelation.
PPI calculation formula: PPI = sqrt(H^2 + V^2) / inch, where H represents the number of pixels in the horizontal direction, V represents the number of pixels in the vertical direction, and inch indicates the length of the screen diagonal.
